What Are Cookies & Why We Use Them
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your actions, preferences, and login status, and enable features like analytics, personalization, and security.
Buildynx uses cookies and similar technologies (including localStorage, session storage, pixels, and device identifiers) to:
- ✅ Authenticate your account and maintain secure sessions
- ✅ Remember your preferences (language, theme, dashboard layout)
- ✅ Analyze platform usage to improve performance and user experience
- ✅ Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- ✅ Deliver relevant product updates and communications (where consented)
Your Control: You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via our Cookie Consent Manager (linked below) or your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit some platform features.
Legal Framework
This policy complies with:
- UK: Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) + UK GDPR
- EU: ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) + GDPR (Regulation 2016/679)
- UAE: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) + applicable free zone regulations

Subprocessor Transparency
View our complete, up-to-date list of subprocessors and their data handling practices at our Trust Center. We provide ≥30 days' notice before adding new subprocessors that handle personal data.
No Ad Tech or Tracking Networks: Buildynx does not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-site tracking technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). Our marketing cookies are strictly first-party and consent-based.
How to Manage or Withdraw Consent
You have multiple ways to control cookies on Buildynx:
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Buildynx respects browser "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible. When DNT is enabled:
- Analytics and marketing cookies are automatically disabled
- Essential and functional cookies remain active to maintain service integrity
- You may still manage preferences manually via the Consent Manager for granular control
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time:
- Open the Cookie Consent Manager (footer link or banner)
- Toggle off categories you no longer consent to
- Click "Save Preferences" to apply changes immediately
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Essential cookies required for service delivery will remain active.
Global Opt-Out: To request deletion of all non-essential data associated with your account, contact privacy@buildynx.com with "Cookie Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Updates to This Cookie Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our cookie usage, legal requirements, or technology practices.
